Nina Haikonen

Nina Haikonen has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Nina is currently working as a Senior Renewals Manager at M-Files Corporation since January 2019. Prior to this, from May 2014 to December 2018, Nina worked as a Career Coach at Arjessa, where they provided coaching and support to individuals for improving their CVs, job search planning, and counseling.

Before that, from January 2014 to April 2014, Nina worked as a Recruitment Consultant at ECAM Consulting Oy, where they interviewed and evaluated training program applicants, contacted companies for open positions, and organized job interviews and negotiated job contracts.

From October 2012 to December 2013, Nina served as a Sales Manager at ProsperCart Ltd, gaining extensive experience in B2B sales, acquiring new customers, and managing customer accounts.

Nina's work experience also includes their role as an SW Sourcing Manager at Nokia from May 2008 to September 2012, where they managed software data and financial planning. Nina also worked as a Sales Support Specialist at Nokia from May 2005 to April 2008, acting as a liaison between various teams and departments to ensure timely product launches.

Prior to Nokia, Nina held various roles at the University of Tampere from January 1998 to September 1998, including Office Trainee and member of the student selection team, where they provided counseling services and performed office and information services.

Nina Haikonen obtained their Master of Social Sciences degree in Social Psychology from the University of Tampere from 1992 to 1999. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Change Leadership Certification Program from M-Files in May 2023.
