Sami Lylyoja

Sami Lylyoja has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Sami started their career at Metsa Tissue as a Process Operator in 2006 and worked there until 2013. Sami then moved on to TAMK - Tampere University of Applied Sciences where they worked as an Administrator Trainee, maintaining and troubleshooting a large network. In 2017, Sami joined M-Files as an IT Trainee, focusing on hardware and software installation, employee onboarding, and help desk support. Sami later took on the role of ICT Engineer at M-Files, responsible for AD/AAD/M365 administration, server/endpoint maintenance, and end user support. Sami's work at M-Files also involved automation, documentation, and project deployments such as Cryptshare, Windows Admin Center, and Microsoft Intune/Autopilot. Currently, they hold the position of Senior IT Admin at M-Files, utilizing their expertise in IT operations and management.

Sami Lylyoja obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the Degree Programme in Business Information Systems from Tampere University of Applied Sciences, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in February 2023, M-Files 2018 Business Administrator, M-Files 2018 IT Administrator, and M-Files 2018 User from M-Files Corporation in July 2018, and Cisco Certified Network Associate from Cisco in August 2016.
