Sean Holmes

Principal Customer Success Manager at M-Files

Sean Holmes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sean started their career at Compaq Computer Corp. in 2000 as a Performance Manager. Sean then joined TechSkills in 2001 as a National Education Manager. In 2005, they moved on to Captaris as a Sr. Solutions/Sales Consultant. In 2008, they had simultaneous roles at Aveva as a Sr. Consultant and at MarineCFO as VP of Development. Sean then worked as a Consultant at Gimmal Group from 2013 to 2015. Since 2015, Sean has been working at M-Files in various roles including Sales Engineer, Channel Customer Success Manager, Manager, Customer Success Management, and currently holds the position of Principal Customer Success Manager.

Sean Holmes attended Kaplan University from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In addition to their formal education, Sean has also obtained several certifications, including Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER in December 2021, Certified Change Leader from M-Files in September 2022, and Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in November 2022.
