Wesley Weir

Wesley Weir has extensive work experience in the IT and technical support field. Wesley currently works as a Technical Lead at M-Files Corporation since April 2019. Prior to this, they worked at PepsiCo for over 11 years in various roles including Sr Report Analyst, Major Incident Manager, Technical Support Analyst, and Developer. At PepsiCo, they were involved in creating reports, reducing deployment time, managing outages, updating incident engagement processes, and providing technical support. Before PepsiCo, Wesley worked as a Computer Technician at Circuit City, where they implemented service and policy changes to improve repair time and profitability. Wesley also owned and operated their own computer repair business called Weir The Computer Guys, providing in-home and onsite services to residential and commercial customers. At the start of their career, Wesley worked as a Technical Support representative at Internet America, where they provided support to retail internet customers. Overall, Wesley has a diverse range of technical skills and experience in IT support and management.

Wesley Weir's education history is as follows:

Wesley attended the University of North Texas from 2016 to 2017, where they studied Information Technology. However, they did not obtain a degree during this time.

Prior to that, from 2013 to 2014, Wesley attended Estrella Mountain Community College. There, they focused on subjects such as Cisco Network, Linux Administration, and VMware ESXI. However, they did not earn a degree from this institution either.

In 2006, Wesley attended ITT Technical Institute-Richardson, where they successfully earned an Associate's Degree in Computer Programming. This period of their education lasted until 2007.

Before their college experiences, Wesley attended Richardson High School from 1999 to 2001, where they completed their high school education, earning a High School diploma.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Wesley obtained the ITIL V3 Foundation certification from ITIL Certified in December 2015.
