William Lyles has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. William began their career as a Customer Service representative at United Supermarkets in 2005. William then worked as a Kitchen Staff member at Raising Cane's in 2008. In 2012, they pursued freelance web designing with Lubbock Web Designers while also working as maintenance staff at Texas Tech University's Aquatics Center.
Moving forward, William joined Sandia National Laboratories in 2013 as a SIP Technical - Undergraduate Summer Intern, gaining experience in Enterprise ES&H & CG Systems. In 2014, they transitioned to Ethos Group, where they served as a Junior Application Developer and later as IT Production Support.
From 2016, William has been associated with M-Files Corporation, initially as a Software Support Engineer, then as a Cloud Support Specialist, and currently occupies the position of Senior Cloud Operations Specialist.
Throughout their career, William has acquired valuable skills such as team management, prioritization, delegating work, and providing technical support.

From 2006 to 2011, they attended Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a major in Accounting.
In 2012 and 2013, they pursued Management Information Systems at Texas Tech University - Rawls College of Business, focusing on Telecommunications/Networking.
In 2015, they enrolled in the Teacher Preparation Program at Region 11 Education Service Center.
In addition to their degrees, they also obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in May 2023.
