The current leadership team at M.Gemi has a wide range of experience in the fashion and retail industries, as well as in other industries such as technology, finance, and consulting. The team is led by CEO Maria Gangemi, who has over 20 years of experience in the fashion industry, including experience as a creative director, merchandise manager, and private equity associate. Other members of the team include VP Customer Experience Lauren Farleigh, who has experience in online retail and customer service; SVP European Luxury Federico Sartori, who has experience in luxury fashion retail; and Executive Creative Director Ashley Ross, who has experience in fashion design and merchandising.
