Lyle Bauck

Lyle Bauck, CPA has a diverse work experience in finance and consulting. Lyle started as an Intern at Sprint Corp. in 2003 and moved on to roles at Deloitte & Touche as a Staff Auditor. Lyle then worked at Mesirow Financial Consulting, LLC as a Senior Associate and later became a Vice President at ACM Capital Partners. Lyle further gained experience as a Senior Associate at Alvarez & Marsal and as a Director at Opportune LLP. Lyle then joined Dacarba LLC as a Director and subsequently held the role of Managing Director at M3 Partners. Throughout their career, Lyle has been involved in various leadership positions at the Turnaround Management Association.

Lyle Bauck, CPA, earned an Associate of Arts in Business from Coffeyville Community College in 2001. Lyle then went on to complete their Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Accounting from Emporia State University in 2003. Following that, they obtained a Master of Accountancy degree from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee in 2004. Additionally, Lyle holds certifications as a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and a Certified Public Accountant.
