Matthew Manning

Matthew Manning is currently the Managing Director at M-III Partners. Matthew has over fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining M-III Partners, Mr. Manning was a Research Analyst at JEC Capital Partners from December 2012 to October 2017. Matthew was also an Associate in the Distressed Debt Analytics group at Morgan Stanley from June 2011 to July 2012, and an Associate in the Investment Banking division from August 2008 to June 2011.

Mr. Manning began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in January 2001, where they worked in the Transaction Services group for over five years, eventually becoming a Senior Associate.

Mr. Manning has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School.

They are on a team with Colin Adams - Managing Director, Martin Young - Managing Director, and William Murphy - Senior Director. Their manager is Mohsin Meghji, Managing Partner.
