Beth Nipple has extensive work experience in the fields of project management, business analysis, and implementation support. Beth began their career in 1995 as a Software Support Analyst at Keystone Medical Systems and later worked as a Software Control Analyst and Project Coordinator in the Central PA & Eastern PA Regions. In 2000, they joined NetComm Solutions, Inc. as a Project Manager.
Beth then transitioned to Momentum, Inc. in 2003, where they held various roles including Senior Consultant, Manager of Implementation Services Offering, and Senior Consultant at the PennDOT Business Analysis Center of Excellence. Their responsibilities at Momentum, Inc. included identifying business development leads, eliciting and documenting business and system requirements for various IT projects, and recruiting and hiring new consultants.
Additionally, Beth was a Faculty Member in the M-LinK (Leadership in Knowledge) program from 2006 to 2011.
Beth Nipple attended Penn State University from 1985 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications.
