Jennifer Oswald has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer began their career as an Account Manager and Operations Specialist at the Pennsylvania Food Merchants Association in 1995. Jennifer then worked as an Operations Analyst and Compliance Specialist within the same organization.

In 2000, Jennifer joined Chase Manhattan as a Quality Assurance Specialist, where they developed test cases and scripts for a high volume transaction system. Jennifer also troubleshooted issues during this time.

In 2001, Jennifer joined Momentum, Inc. as a Consultant and Sales/Operations Manager. Jennifer provided management consulting, project management, process improvement, and implementation support services. Additionally, they led business development and operations management activities for new business pursuits. Jennifer eventually became the Director of Service Delivery in this role.

Jennifer's hard work and dedication at Momentum, Inc. led their to be promoted to Vice President and General Manager in 2010. Jennifer provided executive management for operations, business development, and service delivery.

Currently, Jennifer serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Momentum, Inc. In this position, they oversee all day-to-day activities of the company and ensures the achievement of its mission and financial objectives.

Jennifer Oswald attended Penn State University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education with a focus on English and Media Studies.

In terms of additional certifications, Jennifer obtained the following:

- In 2008, they became a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) through the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).

- In 2010, they completed EHR Software Training from Allscripts Enterprise.

- In 2016, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance.

- In 2017, they obtained certifications in Change Management Professional from Acuity Institute, ITIL®v3 Foundations from AXELOS Global Best Practice, and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBBC) from MSI.

- In 2020, they renewed their CBAP certification from IIBA.

- In 2021, they obtained certifications in Business Relationship Manager Professional from BRMI and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.

It should be noted that the month of obtaining the Change Management Professional, ITIL®v3 Foundations, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and EHR Software Training certifications was not provided.
