Nicole Hurlbutt

Nicole Hurlbutt is a seasoned strategic business consultant at Momentum, Inc., specializing in project management, program evaluation, and human-centered data analysis since July 2025. Previously, Nicole served as a Data Specialist & Organization Development Consultant at Strategic Consulting Partners, where responsibilities included overseeing the data lifecycle and aligning data frameworks with organizational goals from February 2024 to January 2025. As Associate Director at the Clearinghouse for Military Family Readiness from January 2019 to February 2024, Nicole managed daily operations for a diverse team while contributing to strategic planning and resource distribution. Earlier in the career at Penn State University, Nicole held the positions of Education Strategy and Planning Manager and Program Manager from March 2013 to January 2019, focusing on the development and delivery of programs for adult learners. Nicole holds a Ph.D. in Workforce Education and Development and a Master of Professional Studies in Organization Development and Change from Penn State University.
