David Witney

David has worked in housing development for in excess of 30 years, having previously held Director positions at Gleeson and Barratt Homes. He has a Civil Engineering background and extensive experience in developing difficult housing sites. David has a passion for high improving localities through the built environment and has focused predominantly on regeneration throughout his career.

The focus of the new Yorkshire region of M&J Evans will be on providing quality Groundworks, Civil Engineering and infrastructure to House Builders throughout Yorkshire, beginning in 2021, with the intention of being the partner of choice.
