Kevin Hicks

Kevin Hicks, MBA has a diverse range of work experience in the field of information technology and construction. Kevin currently serves on the Advisory Board of AlabamaCIO, a leadership network for Alabama chief information officers. Prior to this, Kevin held roles at M. J. Harris Construction Services, LLC as Vice President of Information Technology, AVP of Information Technology, and at M. J. Harris, Inc as AVP of Information Technology. At these companies, they were responsible for managing the IT department, responding to technology needs, developing policies and procedures, and overseeing budgets and contracts. Before entering the field of information technology, Kevin worked as a Field Engineer at Turner Construction, where they gained experience in project coordination and management.

Kevin Hicks, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in the year 2015. Prior to this, they completed a Masters degree in Building Construction from Auburn University in the years 2002 to 2003. Kevin also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Building Construction from Auburn University, obtained from 1997 to 2002. In addition to their educational background, Kevin Hicks has a certification in Continued Board Education from ExecRank, which they obtained in August 2016.
