Genie Williams

Genie Williams has extensive experience in management and sales, currently serving as the General Manager for the Soffe Outlet Stores Division at MJ Soffe LLC since November 2005. In this role, Genie demonstrates expertise in performance management, staffing, financial planning, process improvement, and strategic decision-making, with a strong focus on quality management and client relationships. Prior to this position, Genie was a Senior Sales Director at Mary Kay from October 1985 to December 2003, where responsibilities included training and motivating a sales force of 50 to 100 consultants in the cosmetics industry.
