Heather Kunckel is an experienced property management professional currently serving as the General Manager for M & J Wilkow, Ltd. at 4500 Cherry Creek since June 2019. In this role, Heather has successfully repositioned a commercial office building for institutional partner DRA Advisors, overseeing day-to-day operations while enhancing the asset's value. Previously, Heather managed a 1 million square foot Class A high-rise at LBA Realty and directed portfolios of Class A & AA properties for Westfield Property Services. Earlier experiences include serving as both Assistant Property Manager and Real Estate Services Administrator at CBRE, managing large-scale portfolios. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Business Minor from Texas A&M University.
