Christopher Tuffour

Christopher Tuffour is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in customer insights and research. Currently serving as a Customer Insight Associate at M-KOPA since June 2022, Christopher previously held the position of Research Assistant at 60 Decibels from June 2021 to January 2024. Prior roles include Enumerator for the USAID Sustainable Fisheries Management Project from November 2020 to March 2021, Field Officer for the European Union - IOM / GIRD GHANA in late 2020, and Customer Experience Associate/Telesales Executive at Zoobashop.com. Christopher also contributed as a Research Volunteer at Distribute Aid, an Assistant Store Officer at the Electricity Company of Ghana Limited, and interned at the National Commission for Civic Education. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Ghana and attended the Cambridge Center of Excellence in 2018.
