Esther Mutonyi

Esther Mutonyi is an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Professional at M-KOPA since November 2018, specializing in the development, implementation, and review of EHS policies to ensure compliance with Ugandan regulations and international standards. Esther also held roles as Admin Supervisor, EHS Acting Lead, and Wellness Lead, managing operations across multiple office spaces and overseeing administrative tasks, resource allocation, and cleanliness standards. In previous positions, Esther served as a Human Resources Associate Business Partner, focusing on talent management and workforce planning, as well as held administrative and sales roles. Esther holds a Bachelor of Business Statistics degree from Makerere University.
