Justin Tay

Justin Tay currently serves as the Head of Corporate Development at M-League, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and investments since May 2025. Prior to this role, Justin was the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Development at Mobile Premier League (MPL) from December 2020 to June 2025, where responsibilities included corporate development, investor relations, and strategic partnerships, culminating in significant fundraising efforts amounting to $272.75 million across multiple funding rounds. Justin also held the position of Head of Corporate Development at Good Game Exchange from June 2022 to August 2023, and began a career in investment banking at Credit Suisse, serving as an analyst and summer analyst from 2018 to 2020. In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from the National University of Singapore, Justin was honored on the Dean's List at the UW Foster School of Business in 2016. Early experience includes festival management for Ultra Singapore events in 2017 and 2018.
