Prior experience includes serving as Associate Director of People and Talent Acquisition at Mayhem Studios, where the focus was on developing high-quality gaming experiences. Shakun also held the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Mobile Premier League, overseeing program management and strategic recruitment initiatives. Earlier roles featured efforts as HR Lead at EkAnek, where Shakun established policies for a growth-stage startup, and as Founder/Owner of Velvet Wall, a boutique firm specializing in residential interior contracting with a successful track record of project completions in the Delhi NCR region.
