Fahmida Rashid

Fahmida Rashid is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in sales and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Executive at M.M. Ispahani Limited since May 2013, Fahmida is responsible for monitoring and supervising field sales operations. Prior experience includes a role as a Careline Officer at banglalink from March 2011 to April 2013, where Fahmida assisted customers by providing solutions to various issues over the phone. Additionally, Fahmida worked as a Brand Associate at Sony Mobile Communications for a year, focusing on understanding customer needs and recommending suitable mobile phone options. Fahmida holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from the University of Dhaka and completed HSC in Business Studies at Dhaka City College.
