Zoe Yakubu-Sam

Zoe Yakubu-Sam is a seasoned professional in workplace strategy and transformation, currently serving as a Senior Workplace Strategist at M Moser Associates since February 2024. Prior to this role, Zoe held the position of Senior Workplace Consultant at CBRE UK from November 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included workplace strategy, change management, and leading neurodiversity initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as a Workplace Strategy Consultant at Arup and a Trainee Organisational Psychology Consultant position at Tata Consultancy Services, where Zoe focused on employee engagement and wellbeing. Educationally, Zoe holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Psychology from Loughborough Business School, obtained in 2017.
