M-PaX Marketing partners with MedTech founders to accelerate commercialization from launch to scalable growth.

The Challenge MedTech Founders Face

Early wins came through founder credibility and inner-circle relationships. That validated the product. But scaling beyond founder-driven sales requires systematic commercial infrastructure most technical founders lack.

Independent reps won't commit without better support. Sales cycles stretch 6-18 months through multi-stakeholder healthcare buying. Traditional consulting delivers homework requiring hundreds of hours. Generic agencies execute tactics without MedTech-specific strategy. Senior marketing talent is unaffordable or unavailable.

The C8 Protocol Solution

We solve this through systematic execution of 8 critical pre-growth requirements, delivered as a 90-day done-for-you implementation.
Foundation Sprint (4 weeks, $7,500): Installs complete commercial infrastructure through expert-led interviews. Product management systems, multi-stakeholder profiles, product capsule with clinical evidence, marketing plan, brand standards, promotional infrastructure assessment. 15-20 hours of founder time. Everything in your Google Drive. Sage_AI configured in your Claude account.

Growth Campaigns (weeks 5-12): Activates Content Foundation and Promotion systems. Systematic market presence. Targeted outreach campaigns. Professional execution of highest-priority initiatives.
What Makes This Possible

30+ years MedTech product management experience. M-PaX System methodology refined through hundreds of implementations. AI-enabled execution compressing traditional 12-18 month timelines into 90 days. Complete ownership model with zero dependencies.
