John W. Shaw

John W. Shaw has had a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology. John W. began their career as a Supervisor at Spherion in 2001, later transitioning to roles such as IT Helpdesk Specialist, Senior Problem Analyst, and Senior Deskside Technician at various companies. Their most recent position was as the Director of Information Technology at M. Roberts Media, overseeing multiple newspapers in Texas. Throughout their career, they have shown expertise in budget management, policy development, and project leadership within the IT department.

John W. Shaw obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix in 2007. Prior to that, they studied Business Administration and Management at Coastal Bend College from 1995 to 1997. In 2019, they also received the Freshdesk Product Expert Certification from Freshworks.
