Alessandro De Giorgis has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly in the role of counsel and compliance officer. Alessandro began their career at Shearman & Sterling LLP in 1993, where they served as counsel for over 13 years. Afterward, they joined SAB Capital Management, L.P. as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer from July 2006 to December 2008. Alessandro then moved to Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP as a counsel from May 2009 to January 2010. Alessandro De Giorgis then joined ITG as a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel in February 2010, where they worked until March 2019. Finally, they are currently serving as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at M Science, starting from March 2019.
Alessandro De Giorgis completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Columbia College, Columbia University from 1985 to 1989. Alessandro then pursued further education at Columbia Law School, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Law from 1990 to 1993.
