Paul Gomes

Paul Gomes has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Paul started their career in 1986 as a Software Engineer at Precision Resource, where they gained experience in installing LANs and developing custom accounting software. From 1990 to 1996, they worked as a Software Engineer at Sprint, where they developed billing applications using C++ and Sybase SQL Server. In 1996, they joined Fiserv as a Senior Software Engineer and played a key role in designing and implementing a first-generation internet banking platform. Paul then worked at SoftSource Consulting from 2008 to 2017 as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on designing and maintaining backend services for WebMD Health Services. Currently, Paul is employed at M Science LLC as a Software Architect, responsible for working on a variety of technologies such as AWS, Snowflake, Github, and Python.

Paul Gomes attended California State University, Chico from 1980 to 1986. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
