Brant Widrick

Brant Widrick currently serves as COO at M. Simon Zook Co. Inc. since January 2023. Prior to this role, Brant held multiple positions at L&S Sweeteners from June 2006 to December 2022, including QA Manager, Technical Services/Project Manager, and General Manager. Brant also operated Widrick Carpentry as a self-employed carpenter from October 2004 to June 2006. Earlier in their career, Brant served as a missionary and School/Conference Center Services Manager at SIM from October 2002 to October 2004 and was QA Manager at Wilbur Chocolate Co. from 1994 to 2002. Brant Widrick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Messiah University, graduating in 1992.
