Barry Lagerweij

Barry Lagerweij has a strong and diverse work experience in the field of technology. Barry started their career as CTO at Euromedia in 1996 and later joined Barito Innovators as a Co-Founder and Senior Application Developer. At Barito Innovators, they led a team of 15 developers and was responsible for the company's technical strategy and vision. Barry worked on various projects, including Tiscali XOIP, DMDsecure, Fairwise EMS, Phone Idols, and Addecco. In 2006, they joined SecondFloor as the Manager of Product Development, where they served for almost a decade. In 2016, Lagerweij became the CTO of CarePay Limited, where they played a crucial role in strategy and planning, implementation and deployment, and operational management. Finally, in 2018, they took up the position of Chief Architect at CarePay International.

Barry Lagerweij completed their VWO degree at the Johannes Fontanus College from 1985 to 1991. Barry then pursued their higher education at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 1991 to 1995, graduating with a degree in Computer Science (HBO).
