Shadrack K. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business strategy and development within the healthcare and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Pricing and Portfolio Management at M-TIBA since July 2021, Shadrack has played a vital role in connecting multiple healthcare stakeholders through a cloud-based digital payment platform. Prior experience includes consulting at McKinsey & Company, focusing on banking and insurance projects across Africa and the Middle East, and project management roles at Roha and ZEP-RE, where Shadrack contributed to investment and insurance solutions respectively. Shadrack's career began with internships in engineering and business development, following a solid educational foundation with an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Columbia University.
