Milthon Villanueva Bracho has held a variety of roles in the IT industry since 2000. Milthon began their career as a Jefe de Sistemas at Telcel, where they were responsible for the migration and implementation of the Interconexión billing system to the Interconect-INTEC system. Milthon also supported the implementation of Business Objects for the new system and documented and implemented procedures for compliance with SOX law. In 2011, they took on the role of Project Leader at HITSS CORPORATIVO, where they were assigned to Centro Bancomer and was responsible for the analysis, development and implementation of a Datamart to exploit information from a SQL server database. Additionally, they developed and implemented an ETL scheme to populate the tables required for the reports needed for the Anti-Fraud Unit. In 2012, they became an Ingeniero de Sistemas at Azertia, where they were a consultant for the SAT and was responsible for the analysis, development and implementation of new functionalities for the SIR-Cobranza system using Informix 4GL, as well as minor maintenance and adjustments to the system. From 2015 to 2018, they were a Project Leader at Softtek, where they were responsible for leading major maintenance projects and new developments, as well as leading the Operational Continuity Service for the Extended RFC area. From 2019 to 2022, they held the role of Service Project Manager at PENSIONISSSTE, and is currently a Project Services Associate at MX Data Group.

Milthon Villanueva Bracho obtained a Licenciatura in Lic. Informática Administrativa from Universidad Tecnológica de México between 1996 and 2000. In 2018, they earned a Scrum Master Certified certification from VMEdu Inc.
