Sharon Roper has over 25 years of work experience in marketing, production, and communications. In 1993, they began their career at WFLD Fox Chicago as a News Production employee. Sharon then moved on to Crawford Communications in 1995 as an Edit Assistant and Production Assistant. In 1996, they joined Turner Entertainment as a Satellite & Transmission Specialist and Project Manager. In 2007, they were appointed Chief Communications Officer for the Paulding County School District, where they developed and implemented communication strategies, created and delivered a unified brand and image, and created a community partners program. From 2013 to 2017, they served as Marketing Manager for Industrial Packaging Corporation, where they developed and implemented branding, sales, and communication strategies. In 2010, they became the CEO of Communic8, where they provided project and production management for broadcast, video, and PR clients. Finally, in 2017, they were appointed Chief Content Officer of M16 Marketing - Atlanta Web Design Company, where they developed strategies to deliver the right message for their brand conveyed throughout their content.

Sharon Roper attended Wichita State University from 1987 to 1992, where they earned a degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus in Mass Communications. Sharon then attended Hunter College to study Broadcast Media.
