Kimberly Schumann has over 10 years of work experience. Kimberly started their career in 2008 as a Sales Associate at ING DIRECT, where they worked closely with clients to open/close accounts, transfer funds, and provide data entry and advice on products that could benefit their financial needs. Kimberly was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2008 for their overall sales and performance. In 2011, Schumann began working as a Sales & Marketing Associate at 6 Star Fundraising, where they worked closely with their main clients, schools, to help raise funds to support their school budgets and extra-curricular activities. Kimberly also designed and created all marketing materials, including brochures, parent letters, multi-media presentations, growth & analysis reports, and social media assets. Additionally, they were responsible for hiring and training part-time employees. In 2018, Schumann began working as a Marketing Manager at M2 Media Group, where they contributed to the development of the Fall Product Program for one of their main clients, Girl Scouts. Kimberly also developed training videos, sourced and negotiated pricing on rewards, and analyzed excel data to check for efficiency and results.

Kimberly Schumann graduated from Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at University of Delaware in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. In 2011, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Goldey-Beacom College. Most recently, they obtained a Microsoft Teams Essential Training certification from LinkedIn in March 2021.
