Ryan Pearson has been working at M247 since September 2014, starting as a Technical Support Analyst and moving up to the position of Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer. Prior to that, Ryan gained valuable communication and customer service skills as a Bartender at Ravenstone NE Ltd from February 2011 to September 2014. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Internet Communications and Networks from The University of Bolton and a BTEC National Diploma in IT Practitioners from Runshaw College.
