Abhinaya Konduru

Abhinaya Konduru is a Kauffman Fellow (Class 28) at Kauffman Fellows since June 2023 and has served as Principal at M25, an early-stage micro-venture capital fund, since May 2017. Prior roles include Senior Associate, Associate, and Investment Analyst at Global Women in VC, where Abhinaya contributed to the largest community of women investors globally. Abhinaya's experience includes positions at the University of Illinois at Chicago as a Computer Lab Assistant and Student Blogger, as well as a Student Analyst at Loop Capital and an intern at dough, Inc. and Goldman Sachs. Leadership roles include serving as Vice President of Investments and President in the Finance and Investment Group and as Treasurer for Alternative Spring Break. Abhinaya holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Mathematical Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago.
