Niki Grady is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fund accounting and client services. Currently serving as Director of Fund Accounting at M2G Ventures since December 2024, Niki previously held various positions at Oak Hill Advisors, L.P. from October 2017 to December 2024, including Manager, Client Accounting, Senior Fund Accountant, and Fund Accountant. Earlier in the career, Niki worked at EY as an Assurance Senior from August 2014 to September 2017 and gained experience as an Executive Assistant at Black Tower Resources. Niki's career began in roles related to insurance, billing, and collections at Accurate Medical Equipment & Supply Co. and in customer service at Radisson and OmniAmerican Bank. Niki holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from East Carolina University and attended The University of Texas at Arlington, furthering education in business.
