Leonard Marano

Leonard Marano serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at M2S Group since September 2025. Previously, Marano held the position of President, Americas at Lectra from June 2021 to September 2025, where commercial and operational activities for the Americas region were directed. Before that, Marano was the Chief Commercial Officer at Gerber Technology from April 2014 to June 2021, leading the global equipment and service businesses and successfully positioning the company for sale at a high multiple of EBITDA. Earlier career experiences include Vice President of Product Management and Marketing at Gerber Technology and Marketing Manager at Jensen Dental, where significant business growth was achieved. Marano’s experience spans various leadership roles in product management and marketing across different sectors, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Central Connecticut State University obtained in 2004.
