Darren Greenwald

Darren Greenwald has over a decade of experience in quality assurance and technical support roles, currently serving as Director of Quality Assurance at M3 since 2011. Previously, Darren held various positions within the company, including Manager, Assistant Manager, and Lead Quality Assurance Analyst, where responsibilities included manual testing of web applications and functional testing of new software releases. Prior to M3, Darren worked at Sage as an Accounting Technical Support Analyst and Banana Republic as a Sales Support Associate, demonstrating strong problem-solving and sales skills. Darren holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Georgia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Science from Clemson University.
