Matthew Kim

Matthew Kim serves as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and General Counsel at M3 since January 2023. Additionally, Matthew is a Charter Member of TechGC, an independent community for General Counsels. Previously, Matthew held the position of General Counsel at CoreView, where responsibilities included advising on strategic transactions and legal compliance. As Senior Legal Counsel at Tricentis, Matthew managed corporate governance for the Americas and defended against patent claims. Matthew co-founded STAT3 Therapeutics and has extensive experience in business and legal affairs across various companies, including Vigilant Biosciences, NCR Corporation, and AMI. Matthew holds a JD from Georgia State University College of Law, a BA from Washington University in St. Louis, and a certificate in Mergers & Acquisitions from Columbia Business School.
