Rich Wilhelm

Rich Wilhelm is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at M3 since December 2023, Rich previously held the same position at Simpay from November 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included oversight of Finance and Human Resources functions. Prior roles include Vice President of Finance at Global Payments Inc., overseeing multiple vertical-specific software businesses, and Director of Finance Business Partner at Sage, where strategic financial goals for the U.S. region were executed. Rich's long tenure at First Data Corporation included roles from Director of Investor Relations to Vice President of Client Care, with significant achievements in financial management and investor communications. Rich holds an MBA in Ecommerce from Georgia State University and a BA in Economics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Rich served as a Squad Leader in the United States Marine Corps.
