Carmen Jones-Pickett started their work experience in 1999 at Parsons Corporation, where they worked as a Project Control Assistant & Accounting for ten years until 2009. In 2014, they joined Hissho Sushi Inc. as an HR & Franchise Assistant, where they stayed until 2015. In the same year, Carmen started working at M3 Engineering & Technology Corp. as an Accountant.

Carmen began their educational journey in 1988 at Roane State Community College, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management.
