Kim Salvatore has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1990 at Klewin Building Co, they served as an Assistant Project Manager/Business Manager/Project Engineer/Secretary. Here, they excelled in customer service and performed various administrative tasks such as data processing, accounting, invoicing, correspondence, filing, and mail distribution. In 2005, they transitioned to Fusco Corporation as an Assistant Project Manager, where they managed the Renovation of AI Prince Regional Vocational Technical High School. Kim'sresponsibilities included preparing and routing project correspondence, organizing and filing project reports, log sheets, drawings, RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and invoices. From 2007 to 2009, Kim worked at Dimeo Construction Company as an Assistant Project Manager, where they undertook various responsibilities such as data entry, research, report preparation, correspondence preparation and proofing, filing, meeting and sales material preparation, call routing, budget and expenditure tracking, billing and invoicing, purchase order management, travel and expense reporting, accounting and bookkeeping, schedule management, meeting notes and minutes, contract negotiation and administration, and confidential information management. At their current position since 2012 as a Project Administrator III at M3 Engineering & Technology, Kim provides marketing support to the Business Development Team and handles project administration tasks for architects and engineers. These include inputting and preparing project specifications, proofing, updating, and issuing them. Kim also issues drawings, prepares ERFQs, ERFPs, and LORs.
