In their previous role as Vice President of Sales - EMEA Key Account at Mintel, they developed strategies to retain and grow sales for the largest consumer packaged goods companies globally. Prior to that, they served as a Sales Manager at Mintel, responsible for business development in the beauty, personal care, and healthcare sectors. Camille also has experience as an Account Director, Beauty Analyst, Head of Marketing, and Brand Manager in various companies including Korner Skincare, Helen of Troy, Clarins Group, Unilever, La Grance Epicerie de Paris, and Air France. Their roles have involved managing client relationships, leading sales negotiations, providing product development consultancy, and implementing marketing strategies.

Camille Lipoff-Boussion pursued their education in a chronological manner, beginning with their studies at the Universidad CEU San Pablo in Madrid for the duration of one year from 1998 to 1999. During this time, they focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Moving forward, from 1997 to 2001, they enrolled at ESCE where they obtained their Master's degree in International Business & Marketing.
