Lisette Heeres

Lisette Heeres is an experienced project manager currently working at M3 Global Research since June 2022. Lisette has a robust background in project coordination, client communication, and qualitative research, having held various roles including Senior Project Coordinator and Qualitative Project Coordinator. Previous experience includes serving as Organizational Development Coordinator for the Spanish Red Cross, where Lisette supported refugee integration initiatives, and as a Researcher at SevenSenses, focused on refugees’ challenges in Sweden. In earlier roles, Lisette facilitated language education for refugees and volunteered in various capacities to promote cultural understanding and human rights awareness. Lisette holds a Master's degree in Development Studies from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in Cultural Anthropology and Development Studies from Radboud University, alongside additional studies in sociology and philanthropy.
