Alex Woolley

Alex Woolley is currently working as an Associate at M3 Partners, a New York based merchant banking firm. Prior to this, Alex served as a Senior Associate at Alvarez & Marsal, focusing on Software & Technology Transaction Advisory. Alex also has experience in Deals - Transaction advisory at PwC Australia and management at Nevermind Bar. Alex holds a Graduate Diploma CA from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne, and attended the Summer School program at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
