Robert Winning

Robert Winning is currently the Managing Director at M3 Partners, where Robert advises official committees, debtors, lenders, and acquirers in distressed situations. Robert also serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Commonpoint Queens. Prior to this, Robert was a Partner at AlixPartners and a Special Counsel at Cooley LLP, specializing in corporate restructuring and creditors' rights. Robert holds a JD from Columbia Law School and a BSBA in Finance and Political Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
