Lacey Endres

Lacey Endres has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Lacey is currently the Vice President of Property & Casualty Operations at M3 Insurance, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Lacey worked as the Director of Client Services and Property & Casualty Client Services Manager at M3 Insurance from 2018 to 2022 and 2012 to 2018, respectively. Lacey started their career at M3 Insurance as a Property & Casualty Account Manager from 2007 to 2012.

Before joining M3 Insurance, Lacey worked as a Staffing Manager at Robert Half International in 2007. Additionally, they gained experience at Northwest Airlines as a Specialist from 2001 to 2007.

Lacey Endres attended the University of Wisconsin - LaCrosse from 1996 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Spanish & International Business.
