Paul Krause

Paul Krause is a seasoned professional in data analytics and business intelligence, currently serving as the Data & Analytics Manager at M3 Insurance since October 2021, after previously holding the position of Business Intelligence Manager. Prior to this role, Paul spent nearly a decade at Church Mutual Insurance Company, where responsibilities included developing reporting data repositories, managing a team for regulatory reporting, and performing advanced data analysis. Earlier experiences include supervising customer service operations at the US Postal Service and managing production control within the US Army. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Upper Iowa University, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium, and is a Master's Candidate in Data Science at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
