Sean LaBorde

Sean LaBorde is president and partner at M3 Insurance. He is responsible for the operational execution of M3, including designing internal frameworks to beat benchmarks and achieve M3’s mission and vision, managing the leadership team, and overseeing the sales, operations, and corporate arms of our agency. Additionally, Sean is a member of the M3 Executive Operating Committee.

Sean graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Actuarial Science. His professional experience includes roles as actuary for U-CARE Health Maintenance Organization, consultant with Meridian Resource Corporation, and Health Care Information Manager with the Employer Health Care Alliance (The Alliance). In addition to being both a licensed health and life and property and casualty insurance agent, Sean holds a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Registered Health Underwriter (RHU) designation.

Sean joined M3 in 1997, and served as executive vice president of sales and marketing from 2014-2019 before being named president in 2020.

Sean currently serves on the board of directors for Junior Achievement of Dane County.
