John Sanders

John Sanders is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in management and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of the Board and Member of the Board of Directors at Endeavors, a national nonprofit organization supporting vulnerable populations, John also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Luke Staffing, a healthcare staffing leader. As an Operating Advisor for M33 Growth, John evaluates investment opportunities and assists portfolio companies with industry expertise. Additionally, John is an Advocate for Glasswing International and the Founder of the Blue Iris Fund, focusing on providing essential support to underprivileged communities in Latin America. Previous roles include President of Emerging Industries at Daon, Acting Commissioner and Chief Operating Officer at U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and CEO of Pramantha Solutions. John holds a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Physics from San Diego State University and UC San Diego, respectively.
