Tom Guilfoile

Tom Guilfoile is passionate about partnering with entrepreneurs to help them accelerate growth.

Prior to M33, Tom lead M&A efforts for Abode Healthcare. While at Abode, he oversaw and executed multiple acquisitions, helping to build Abode into one of the largest independent Hospice and Home Health providers in the country. Before joining Abode, Tom was an investor on the Healthcare team at Summit Partners where he was actively involved in the firms investments in Abode Healthcare (acquired by BrightSpring Health) and U.S. Renal Care. Prior to Summit, Tom worked at Lazard, an investment bank, where he helped private companies grow through raising capital and executing mergers and acquisitions.

Tom graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a B.A. in Finance. He served for four years as a mentor for Minds Matter Boston, which helps high school students from low-income families prepare for the college admissions process. He is a Massachusetts native who enjoys watching Notre Dame football, running, and spending time with friends and family.
