With over 30 years of experience, Andrew focuses on building high-performing teams, enhancing client engagement, and fostering business development to maintain exceptional service standards. Prior to the current role, Andrew held significant positions including Managing Director NSW, National Director - Commercial Office, and Board Member, contributing to strategic planning and revenue growth. Andrew began a career in property valuation at Colliers-International in January 1991, progressing from Assistant to Associate Valuer. Andrew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business (Property) from RMIT University.
